BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Seaside Park, will hold a Special (Closed) Meeting at 3:30 pm, Tuesday, March 7, 2023, on the second floor in the Borough Council Chambers located at Sixth and Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New Jersey as follows:
Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 3:30 pm
The agenda of the meeting shall consist of the following:
– Public Comment
– Executive (Closed) Session –
– Personnel Matters including construction & code, Litigation including Desert Palm.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the meeting shall be open to the public or that a portion of the meeting shall be closed to the public, under the applicable exceptions to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act. In the event, the meeting is a virtual meeting, instructions regarding attendance and participation in the meeting will be posted on the Borough’s website (https://www.seasideparknj.org/).
