NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mayor & Borough Council of the Borough of Seaside Park will hold a Special (Closed) Meeting, Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 1:00 pm, in the second floor Borough Council Meeting Chambers located at Sixth & Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New Jersey as follows:

-Executive (Closed) Session:
-Personnel – CFO and Front Office Positions
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the meeting shall be open to the public or that a portion of the meeting shall be closed to the public, under the applicable exceptions to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act. In the event the meeting is a virtual meeting, instructions regarding attendance and participation in the meeting will be posted on the Borough’s website.
NO FORMAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
