CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – FULL-TIME – SEASIDE PARK

The Borough of Seaside Park seeks an experienced full-time Chief Financial Officer who holds a New Jersey CMFO license with 5+ years’ experience in a municipal finance setting. Along with a $12 million current fund, the Borough operates a water utility and a marina utility. Duties of the CFO include annual operating and capital budget preparation and maintenance, Annual Financial and Debt Statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, debt management, cash management, monitoring internal financial controls, enrolling new employees for health benefits, processing all pension and health benefit payments, grant reporting and payroll processing. The CFO position reports to the Borough Administrator. Experience with Edmunds MCSJ and Primepoint is a plus. Candidates holding a QPA certification is also a plus. This is a full-time position eligible for enrollment in NJ PERS. The Borough offers a competitive salary and benefits package based upon experience and qualifications. 2025 BEACH CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position: Brach Badge Checking Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

The Borough of Seaside Park is looking for two (2) reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Beach Badge Checking Assistant Managers to join our team for the upcoming 2025 beach season.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing badge checking operations.
Supervise a team of beach badge checkers, providing guidance, support, and training.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with others.
Maintain accurate records of badge sales and daily operations.
Assist in enforcing beach rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

PART-TIME LABORER – DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS – BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK

The Borough of Seaside Park is seeking applications for a P/T Laborer. This position performs manual work varying in nature from unskilled to skilled in all public works related activities including but not limited to: buildings and grounds, roads, sanitation, construction, repair and maintenance. Job duties include but are not limited to sanitation pickup, painting, mowing, trimming, litter pickup, digging, raking, sweeping. Candidates should have a general knowledge of the use of common and specialized tools, small equipment, driving a truck and maintenance of mechanical equipment. FULL TIME MAINTEANCE REPAIRER – DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS – BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK

The Borough of Seaside Park is seeking a motivated, multi skilled, safety oriented, full-time Maintenance Repairer. Applicants should have skills in carpentry, electrical, painting, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, and/or other types of maintenance work. Applicants should be well rounded in the use of common and specialized tools, heavy & small equipment, commercial truck driving, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
