RECREATION LEADER –YEAR-ROUND, PART-TIME – SEASIDE PARK

The Borough of Seaside Park seeks an energetic, well-organized, individual for the Recreation Department.  The ideal candidate must be well organized, have good verbal and written skills and be able to work well with the public.

Currently the majority of the tasks take place during the summer season, but the Borough is open to new ideas on expanding our recreational offerings.

Primary responsibilities include organizing a monthly luncheon for borough seniors October through May, organizing and managing a seasonal farmer’s market, flea market, Labor Day Weekend arts and craft show, large summer town festival and various Christmas events.  Other summer events include weekly kite nights, community concerts and an outdoor movie night.

The salary range for this position is up to $30,000 annually. The Borough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
