The Planning and Zoning Impact Analysis on annexation prepared by Kendra Lelie of Kyle+McManus Associates will be presented to the Planning Board at their public meeting scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers, located at Sixth & Central Avenues, Seaside Park, NJ.
